Staff wonderful, room not cleaned one day. Food good, the steak and lobster night, okay. Everyone was very helpful. Friends got upgrade we didn’t and I made the reservation.

Not entirely worth the money...
I think when you sell this type of room for 4 people it should have a decent sleep couch - it did not. In fact, it way really unacceptable and for that reason everything else (even if really good and with nice service) it just makes it harder to enjoy when half of the family sleeps poorly.

Decay seems to be the state of many hotels in Virgin Islands. Flexibility of getting the room ready sooner than 4pm not available. No staff when I got there, and just an envelope in a box. Glad mine was in there. My patio had huge spiderwebs with visible spiders on it. Pools were clear of debri, but greenish in color and not clear. Otherwise, rooms were nice and no issues other than those points.
