"I had a fantastic stay at Bunker Hill with my Mrs and two daughters aged 5 and 9. Reading the reviews I was a bit concerned about how secure we would be and the state of the hotel, but it all turned out to be exaggerated and we had a fantastic stay at Bunker Hill. The family spirit from the front desk to the kitchen and Nephew Thomas assisting was truly amazing. The hotel is very well placed for tourists (in particular Danes wanting to see some historical sites). So can only recommend this...

"If you're looking for a cheap place to stay for a few nights, this will work for you. One of the older hotels on the island, and definitely showing its age. Does not have a beach, or a working restaurant, or a bar for you to spend your time at. Will encourage you to build a little character!"

"The room was very nice and clean. I stayed one night. I had a ground floor room which had a sunken living room. There were 2 high steps up to the bed, bathroom and kitchen. The deck was nice with furniture. The kitchen had a 2 burner stove and small frig. Note that the reception desk has very limited hours and they do not answer the phone. Keys are left or you. I ate at the restaurant, which is open at night, and enjoyed the food and live steel drum musician who plays on Friday night. The coffee...
