Hotel is located very good directly to the beach were you get parasol and towels for the beach. Good restaurant with wide selection for lunch and evening and good discounts when you live at the hotel. Good heated pool on top floor. No bar at the pool. High service at the front desk. High recommendations from us. "

"Lovely hotel with a fantastic location. It is a large hotel and busy in the lobby and outside, where many cars pick up and drop off guests’ cars and luggage. However, there are many employees working efficiently. The service is top-notch, and the staff is helpful.
The pool is nice, but it could be larger considering the number of guests around it. There is free cold drinking water and free sunscreen with SPF 30 and 20, as well as aftersun lotion."
"Fantastic service, and the room was nice, however the air conditioning was terrible. Turned on for half an hour or so then off for the same amount of time. While on, the room is dreadfully cold, so cold it was hard to fall asleep given that you only had a blanket. Aside from the AC, it was great"
"Excellent place to stay right near the heart of South Beach. It's just about a block from all the action, so it's fairly quiet and convenient. Traveled with a baby and everything went smoothly. The boutique is small, but has a lot of personality and style. It's near a 24 hour Walgreens, and tons of restaurants, including a delicious sandwich place that's open until 5am. And about a 2 minute walk to the beach (the hotel provides chairs, towels, and umbrellas)."

"It is one of the best places on South Beach. We had a room with balcony out to Ocean Drive with a fantastic view over the sea and street. The bed was very comfortable but pillows too big for me. Very nice bathroom with huge space. Rooftop with swimming pool very beautiful. Breakfast at the hotel was okay but a bit expensive. "
"A hotel that has everything to make a stay great, but unfortunately some experience with staff was not the best. Receptionist in the afternoon did not want to print some papers, but her super attentive colleague did it with a smile, and even in over his own email account, the next morning. Most of the very young servers was more interested in them self than customers. Keept forgetting, did not give way and was plain not attentive. Great location, good food, overall worth a stay."

"Rigtig fint hotel med god beliggenhed tæt på strand og restauranter. Værelset var simpelt men fint, der var dig meget meget lydt og man kunne høre de andre gæster på omkringliggende værelser. Vores TV blev ved med at tænde af sig selv som om nogen sad på værelset ved siden af og prøvede at tænde deres.
Poolen på taget var rigtig fin og børnevenlig, dejlig opvarmet til en behagelig temperatur. Der var fine liggestole og parasoller, men begrænset med antal, så nogle gæster gik forgæves eller måtte dele. Det var både muligt at låne pool- og stranhåndklæder.
