"The apartment is very nice and conveniently located near the Saint Francis Chapel. If you are driving to Assisi, it is better to park (Saba Giovanni Paolo II) in the public parking lot and walk to the apartment than to try and drive to the apartment. Driving is Assisi is very difficult and almost no parking near the apartment."

No line cell without wifi that is into the house, i suggest to download the video to reach the exat position before arriving in the farmhouse. The garden is a little space behind the entance. "We had a wonderful stay. Apartment was clean, stylish and well equipped. Owner lives on the property but is discreet and helpful when needed. Access to wine in the basement is clever and very convenient. Location of property is ideal, with beautiful view of the Marche hills and easy access to Serra de Conti (10 min walk). Ideal also for excursions to other medieval towns (many within 30 minutes) and of course the beautiful beach of Senigallia where I was impressed by the quality of food served...
