Vasiliki's Villa; Beach Front

Take it easy with your family and friends at this peaceful Peloponnesian villa, synonymous with bright blue skies, laughter, turquoise water, and amazing Greek cuisine. Located across from Spetses and near Porto-Heli.

The space
Located in a beautiful gulf directly on the sea, the estate has a main house and a guest house. A caretaker lives on the estate in a separate house. With private access to the sea, all you must do is walk down a set of stairs where you can jump into the refreshing crystal blue-green water, float on your back and look at the serene blue sky. If you have a boat, you can conveniently anchor it in the gulf, if you like fishing you can easily do that and if you like swimming at night under the moon, you can do that too.

If you are not a sea-lover you can spend time at the 22m saltwater pool, overlooking the sea with a breathtaking view of Spetses and just relax and tan on a beach chair.

Spetses, the iconic island with white-washed houses has great restaurants, taverns, cafes, horse-drawn carriages, bicycles and beaches all around. At night the view is just as beautiful when the town lights up and the stars settle above, so bright and clear that one can gaze at the Milky Way.

If you want to go to Spetses you can either call a sea-taxi that will pick you up directly from the pier or you can go to the small port of Costa, where you can catch a kaiki as well as a sea taxi. A kaiki takes around 20 minutes and a sea taxi under 10 minutes.

Porto-Heli, which is 6 kilometers away, is a small-town marina that has all the conveniences like supermarkets, restaurants, taverns, cafes, bars, watersports, an outdoor cinema and an abundance of souvenir shops.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole estate except for the caretakers premises. The caretaker is there to triage any problems and address inconveniences.

Other things to note
The estate is comprised of a main house, two guesthouses and a chapel.

The main house has 4 bedrooms that each sleep 2 people. The balcony is spacious and overlooks the sea and has a brilliant view of Spetses. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room is spacious and includes a fireplace next to the dining area.

The first detached, newly renovated guesthouse, has a bedroom with a gorgeous view that sleeps 2, a full kitchen, bathroom and 2 pull-out sofas.

The second autonomous guesthouse has two double bedrooms, the living area has a dining table a fire place and a pull-out sofa, a full kitchen, bathroom and a patio in the shade to relax.....
