"My wife, 10 month old daughter, and I came on a quick getaway. The place was absolutely amazing. Very well organized & put together. It was in a quiet neighborhood about a 5 minute walk from Prospect business district, which has lots of local food options. It was also 10 minute drive to downtown Longmont, 30 minutes to Boulder, and 50 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park. We would highly recommend staying here!"

"The neighborhood is a very quiet suburban one. Definitely no parties and such when we were there, even on the weekend.The hosts live right above, but you would never know, since they are not intrusive at all, matter of fact we never saw them or their family the entire time. The place is really well equipped in the kitchen, everything was so clean, the bed is very soft, and squish and it was a nice place to hang your hat. "We loved our stay at this private, cozy guesthouse in Lafayette! The location was perfect—just a short walk to great restaurants and shops in Old Town. The neighborhood was quiet and charming, which made it feel like a true retreat. I stayed with a friend; she had the bedroom, and I took the sofa bed, which was surprisingly comfortable! "Nice hotel about 15 minutes by car to downtown. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was clean, but needed som updates. The showedrain was clogged, and even after maintenance fixed it, it was not 100%. The ventilation in the bathroom did not work and the door was jamming. The breakfast is very nice with juice, coffee an tea. You order from a menu with plenty of healthy options. The pool area is a bit dated. The staff were nice and welcoming. The cookie at arrival was delicious, and we were offered one when checking out as well, possibly to make up for the fire alarm that woke us up before 7 :)"
