Cocoonr offers you this charming 92 m² house in Erdeven, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 people.

It comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, two shower rooms and a garden of around 220 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room with a sunken lounge area (sofa, TV), and a dining room
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Shower room
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds

- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A beautiful 220 m² enclosed and private garden, with its south-facing terrace equipped with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Erdeven, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (up to 3 vehicles).
