Villa della Corte is an imposing 17th-century structure with a pool, located in Erbusco, on the Milan-Venice axis, between Lake Iseo and Lake Garda, in the heart of the Franciacorta vineyards and a short distance from charming cities of art such as Bergamo, Brescia, Parma, Piacenza, Verona, Mantua, Padua and Venice.

The villa has undergone several alterations and renovations over time, but the architectural features give the residence a stately and elegant character, typical of the area around Lake Iseo.

Villa della Corte is spread over three floors: on the ground floor, overlooking the portico and rear garden, are the large living room, library room, 2 dining rooms and two sitting/study rooms.
The rooms are furnished with valuable antique furniture and embellished with large fireplaces, bookcases and a piano.
A large equipped kitchen, a laundry room and a service bedroom with bathroom complete the ground floor.
Outside, in the magnificent garden at the back of the Villa there is also the beautiful private pool for some assured wellness.

On the first floor is the sleeping area consisting of three double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms with separate beds. Of these five bedrooms, two have a small living room with an additional sofa bed. Four bathrooms are also located on this floor.

On the second floor are 4 more bedrooms and two bathrooms.

In addition to the vineyard on the property, the villa houses the family's historic wine cellars, where the owners have produced and conserved their Franciacorta brut for generations.

The villa is an ideal place for both holidays and business stays.
Linked by the motorway, you can reach Milan in less than an hour.
