"I stayed two nights, but did due to an early arrival at 06:00 request an early check-in. The initial information was that this would be a full night payment. This was at check-in time reduced to 1/2. My stay was very pleasant and relaxed. This was mainly due to the incredible friendly staff. Here I would highlight the security manager, the restaurant staff and the taxi driver. They all did their utmost to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. "I loved my stay here the staff are so easy going and friendly. The Ayurvedic massage is the best in Varkala and the view of the beach and ocean is amazing. I wanted a laid back place with no stress and that’s what Nebo is for me. There is no restaurant however Cafe Sarawaa and Trip is Life is minutes away. Also if looking for peace and quiet this is the place to visit South cliff as North Cliff is too loud and busy. Stayed in both and I prefer South ❤️"

Whilst booking we had called the hotel that we particularly want the floating room when booked with expedia but not given. Even the staff is lousy. Expedia staff kept calling the hotel but the night Reception staff kept hanging their phone without answering and finally kept the phone aside.spoiled our honeymoon plans. "
