"The room/apartment was great, once you get inside. Finding the place is a little tricky (look for the colorful wall and use the keypad). And the buildings are black, which was a bit off-putting. No one to great you. You receive a door code via email. However, once inside, it's awesome. our unit had 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. Communication was very good to help me over the hump of finding the place and getting in. I would not consider the area "walkable," but plenty...

"Had a great stay at LaDea, very clean, kinda funky style with cool art. Great communication and easily access. The kitchen has everything you need to stay in for a cozy dinner. Bedrooms have nice bedding and excellent mattress. Even the little touches like the shampoo, conditioner and lotion were top-tier and smelled so dang good. Would definitely stay there again. "

"We can't say enough good things about this B&B. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the rooms were cozy and quaint. Fireplace use is amazing and the rooms were very large. Firstly, the front desk staff was so helpful with touring and dining suggestions tailored for us, which led to a fantastic view of Santa Fe...including suggestions for my 20 year old's photography! "Fantastic hotel with consistently excellent service from everyone — front desk, valet, and restaurant staff. The valet was exceptionally fast; I never waited more than a few minutes for my car. Amenities are great, with a pool, jacuzzi, gym, restaurant, and laundry room. Breakfasts had plenty of delicious options. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the plaza. The free breakfast and Kickback suppers are tasty although I wish they would offer whole grain and not just white bread. Beds are very comfortable. "The service at this hotel is what really stands out. We stayed in the Mesa Verde Suite in the Hacienda. I would definitely choose this if we returned and it's worth the upgrade. The room is fine, a bit older and with no real view, but having access to the butler and concierge is a nice touch and something not generally done at other hotels of this quality. The hotel is about 3/4 of a mile from the plaza, but there's a shuttle to take you there and back if you don't want to walk. "
