It is a beautiful place, overlooking the lake of Pergusa, surrounded by nature. Anybody who desires to have a peaceful holiday or enjoy and relax weekend with your loved ones, spending such intimacy while you are away from the world and facing its nature, enjoying the sunrise in the early morning and sunset at the evening and at night the shining stars, such is romantic place. You don't want to go anywhere else.

It has been designed with multiple exclusive colors and lots of ideas by the mind of the architects, For this reason, each suite has its own life, and its own cultural value, created through the awareness of experience and knowledge of the owner who has travelled many countries around the world. We have paid attention to every detail. It is a new and exclusive villa with two comfortable Royal suites and a Junior suite room such is exclusive. There are located on the first floor. Each room has a beautiful private bathroom overlooking a fantastic panoramic. No all!
On the first floor we have an amazing seating room with three unique sofas and one of them has a very comfortable large bed for a couple, with a private bathroom Next to the seating room, we have a gorgeous dining room overlooking beautiful panoramic. You can dine overlooking the lake and enjoy Mount Etna from our villa on a clear day. Outside the patio can fit more than 100 people for parties at the sight of the attractive lake, mountains, and valleys. We are right land what the world needs for a perfect relaxing holiday..

I am interested that all my Guests have a great time in such a place, our goal is not to meet your expectation but to exceed and share 33 years of experience in guest service. We can offer the entire villa exclusively for you. It is suitable for family, children, and friends. and party. Let us know if you are having an anniversary, or birthday, or any celebration we can help you to make memorable. Also, we do arrange cooking demonstrations, such as how to make fresh pizza, homemade bread, and pasta and cannoli. We can provide catering service, birthday cake, champagne, and flower, tour the island, picking you up from the airport as we are located in the middle of the island. Because of its central location, it is a very convenient starting point for your day tour within an hour and a half You are able to reach most of the island. Such is your holiday. Peaceful Hillside Retreat with Panoramic Views

This Villa is the perfect location in central Sicily to enjoy gorgeous scenery and day trips to explore the historic sites nearby. It is perched on the side of a hill with a wrap-around patio providing spectacular views of Mt. Etna, Pergusa Lago, and the valley below. We loved sitting on the patio enjoying gorgeous sunrises with our morning coffee and colorful sunsets while enjoying the local wine. The Villa is beautifully decorated and well-equipped with all the amenities and much more! The luxurious bedrooms are as beautifully appointed as any 4-star hotel. Francesco is a gracious and attentive host, always available and quickly responsive to our every need. His 33 years in the hospitality business shines through. We were treated more like family than guests - Francesco, his sister and brother-in-law surprised us with a bouquet of flowers, cake and sparkling wine to commemorate our 50th wedding anniversary! Our next visit to Sicily will definitely include a return stay at this beautiful Villa.

AMAZING Find!

Francesco has built a truly remarkable vacation home on a mountaintop! Read Sally’s review with great descriptions of this central-Sicily oasis. I will tell you that Francesco enjoyed a career in the hospitality industry, and it shows! He welcomed us with wine, and he saw us off with cappuccino and pastries. The nearby town has restaurant choices, market and bakeries. It is a 1-2 Jr drive from Palermo, Agricento, Siracusa, Catania, Mt Etna and Taormina, so a perfect location for day trips — or just relax on the patio and enjoy your beautiful surroundings. Beds are very comfortable, crisp linens and thick towels. Washer AND dryer are an added bonus.

We wish we’d stayed longer

       We took a chance, booking 2 nights in this this new rental with no reviews. We were not disappointed! This is a breathtakingly stunning location, an oasis in central Sicily. Francesco and his sister Anna were extremely welcoming, giving us a tour of the house and explaining the appliances and other features of the house in detail. From the moment of our arrival until our final night, we felt as if we had made new friends. Francesco was always available to answer any questions. He and Anna were the epitome of hospitality. The home is located on a typical Italian country road, with steep but manageable climbs. Be sure to keep in touch with Francesco as he will assist you with your arrival. The views from all the rooms and the wrap around terrace are magnificent. The two master suites, located on the upper level, each have spacious private bathrooms. The main level consists of a kitchen, a 6-person dining area, and a comfortable seating area opening to the terrace with a table for outdoor dining and lounge chairs. There is an additional separate tv room with seating for 6 people, including an extremely comfortable sofa bed. This room has a door and can be completely private as a third bedroom. There is a third full bathroom immediately across the hall from the tv room. The space includes plenty of outlets for charging as well as a supply of adaptors. Unlike many Italian rentals, there are screens on all the bedroom windows. The entire residence is gated and includes parking within steps of the front door. The home is spotless, with an abundance of natural light. The temperature controls in each room are easy to manage. A market, restaurants and a pastry shop are within a five minute drive from the home. An added benefit was getting to know Francesco and his sister Anna, so much so that we invited them to join us for dinner on our final night, and they were delightful. We wished we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend staying in this beautiful home in Pergusa/Enna.
