"Room was very clean. Quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. The kehrig coffee was very good although Starbucks is only a few blocks away. I found the front entrance doors to be very heavy and difficult to open and no automatic entry. "

"The air conditioning was not very cool, the staff was very helpful in offering a room change if the ac was working better in another room. They seem to have central cooling. They brought us a fan and were very helpful."

"This property was a bit of hidden gem, as it's actually run by the Ramada just across the parking lot. So cleaning standards are at that level. I also found that we were able to take advantage of the Ramada's breakfast facilities as well. Was great for an overnight, would repeat. Great value for money."

"They have gluten free cereal & bread. Not sure if they have a gf toaster. I just had cereal, fruit and yogurt. The coffee on this last stay was terrible. Luckily the Penny Coffee House is close by. We have stayed here many times and it’s always been clean and quiet. The location is downtown and is convenient for us but as with any downtown there is lots of homeless and drug addiction. The hotel doesn’t allow for any of this near the hotel and we have always felt safe. "
