Wake up to dolphins, manatees, diving pelicans, hunting osprey, and herons with water views from every room on this quiet street in Englewood, Florida, one of the best-kept secrets on the Gulf Coast. Located directly on a canal, the main living room and kitchen have direct views of Lemon Bay. With all of the comforts of home, we thought through every detail to make your stay perfect - good mattresses, nice towels and sheets, kitchen supplies, beach gear, and more.

This 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home has two oversized bedrooms with en suite baths which makes this the perfect home for having family guests or two families looking to rent together. With a separate downstairs living room, guests will have privacy and comfort while visiting.

The upstairs bedroom has a king-size Westin Heavenly bed and bathroom with a large soaking tub and skylight in the shower. The downstairs guest bedroom has a king-size bed, and the children's bedroom contains a bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom, a full XL bed on top, and a twin trundle bed. The bonus room also has a sofa bed.

With three separate living rooms, everyone has space to relax. In addition, there are multiple dining areas. You can have a meal in the dining room, enjoy a meal in the bonus room with 180-degree water views, or have a poolside meal in the enclosed lanai.

The chef's kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, great knives, and an Instant Pot. Enjoy your morning coffee with an Instant Pot coffee maker that takes Keurig and Nespresso pods. There is a Mr Coffee for those who prefer drip coffee. We have a new Weber grill for cooking meals by the pool.

Take a dip in the private heated pool with a low wall that maximizes privacy while you swim. There is ample covered seating to relax with a good book or enjoy a poolside meal.

Bring your boat or do a rental at Cape Haze Marina down the block. Our home is located directly on a canal right off Lemon Bay with a dock. One left and you are in the bay for amazing fishing. Our dock is 70 feet long with a 90-foot seawall. We have ample parking for your boat trailer in addition to a couple of cars. The nearest public boat launch is 4.3 miles away at Placida Park boat ramp.

You can launch 2 single-person fishing kayaks right from our dock into Lemon Bay.

There are plenty of nearby beaches to choose from - Englewood Beach, Stump Pass, Blind Pass, and Manasota Key. We are a short drive to Boca Grande to take advantage of all that Boca offers. The house is equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers.

At the end of your perfect day, take in the spectacular sunsets from the living room over Palm Island and Lemon Bay.
