This place was fabulous for us (family of 5 with adult sons).
Spacious living and dining areas, with a large television for us to stream and watch football games. The place is very rustic, with privacy created by the ample foliage. The lot is very long - a nice walk to the dock for sunrises. A major benefit is that the same owner has the home across the street, and granted us access to their private beach space, as well as use of a one-seat kayak and beach chairs.. Thoughtfully started us off with some coffee and cleaning / laundry items, as well as night lites in the bathrooms. Most of the important light switches were labelled, and wifi is good (important if you have AT&T service, which was a bit unreliable at times.) There seemed to be plenty of exterior lighting, plenty of parking space available, and plenty of electrical outlets - conveniently spaced. luggage racks in the bedrooms were a thoughtful addition. There is a wondrous Banyan tree to marvel over, and - as I said above - short walking access to both dock/sunrise and beach/sunset is fabulous. It was a very private setting, and access to wide public beaches are a brief drive/bicycle trip - if you so desire. To the south, I found a couple purveyors of fresh seafood, and a Publix grocery is nearby... as well as a couple of nice cafes. We are hoping to return and bring some friends next time!
