Mail & Package Policy
• For the security of our guests and property, we cannot accept mail or packages at this address.
• We recommend using a nearby pickup location or local postal service.

Booking & Rental Policies
• Guests must sign the rental agreement upon booking and upload a government-issued ID.
• We are API-connected to OwnerRez, a secure hotel-style platform for handling off-platform IDs, security deposits, and rental agreements.
• A $500 security hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, provided no damages are reported.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
• Pets: Up to 2 dogs allowed with a $150 pet fee. Must follow our dog policy.
• Check-out: No late check-out without prior approval. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $300 fee.
• No smoking: $500 fine for violations, applied to cleaning fee.

Pet Policy
• We only accept dogs.
• Pre-approval is required for all dogs, including service animals (service animals are always approved and no fee applies).
• Service Animals: If bringing a service animal, please answer:
▸Do you require the service animal because of a disability?
▸What work or task has the service animal been trained to perform?
• Emotional Support Animals must follow pet approval rules and are subject to the $150 pet fee.

Dogs Policy
• Dogs cannot be left unattended in the home.
• Bedding: Dogs must stay off all sheets and blankets. Bring your own if your dog sleeps with you.
• Furniture: Cover furniture with your own sheets/blankets if your dog will be on it.
• On-leash: Dogs must be leashed on the property outside the home.
• Waste: Pick up after your dog and dispose of waste in the outside container/dumpster.
• Bathing: Dogs may not be bathed inside, as it clogs drains.
• Noise: Control barking and respect quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM).
• Damage: You are responsible for any damage caused by your pet.
• Pet fee: $150 per approved dog, due upon booking.

Additional Property Rules
• Neighborhood: Quiet residential area; quiet hours are strictly enforced.
• Parking: Up to 3 vehicles allowed in the driveway and in front of the house. No parking in front of neighboring homes.
• Parties & Events: Absolutely no parties, gatherings, or events. Only registered guests may enter the property. Unauthorized guests may result in reservation forfeiture without refund.
▸$40 per night per unauthorized person will be charged if undisclosed guests are present.
• Smoking: Not allowed inside the property or enclosed patio.
• Local Guests: Must contact the host before booking to prevent unauthorized gatherings.
