"My husband and I enjoyed this cute little unit as a getaway during our visit to Emporium. The farm is very scenic and is located right along the West Creek Rail Trail - which I highly recommend for biking or jogging! The farm animals were very amusing to watch.We were here in July, and as the listing mentions, there was no AC. Thankfully it was overcast, but it was still pretty warm for us. "Ray was wonderful to work with. The cabin is large and easy to get to. We enjoyed the fire pit, playing games at the table and looking qt the family history of the hunting camp. "

"The driveway up into the property is very steep and somewhat rutted—it’s rural and to be expected. Just be aware. So dark at night that (without turning on a light) I got lost coming back to bed from the bathroom—LOVELY! If you want peace and quiet—this is the spot. "

"We came for stargazing at a pet-friendly cabin and, despite being "clouded out" the first night we still had a fantastic time. The cabin was clean and check-in was easy. We were able to get some stargazing in on our second night, despite some clouds, and you could tell on a clear night this would be the place to be!
