"We had a wonderful week at the Liberty Mountain Resort. Staff were all so friendly and accommodating from the get-go. Room was clean and had a nice balcony to sit with our morning coffee facing the mountain. We enjoyed walking the property in the evenings and strolling around the pond and courtyard area. Parking was available right in front of our building for ease going in and out as we left for day activities. The food at Eagle and Owl on the property was excellent. We hit one small snag...

"Loved staying at the Inn at Springfield Manor! Brooke and Zach are great hosts, they were able to help me arrange to have a bottle of white wine chilling in my room upon arrival! Staying in this old bed and breakfast felt like being back in time! Perfect mini getaway"

We had booked the hotel because of the pool and gym. However, the pool was full of unsupervised children who were loud and playing ball, and there were also unsupervised kids in the gym, using the equipment to play on. I know this it the parents’ fault, but it would have been nice with a stricter enforcement of the rules. (We’ve also experienced this in other hotels, so hardly a...

"Me and my daughter came to town for a film festival so we weren’t at the property very much throughout our stay. However, the rooms were clean. The grounds was well kept and the location was near a Walmart and gas stations had we needed anything in a pinch. It was also a fairly quiet location. Staff was nice; good coffee. "

"Thank you very much as they accommodated our need to be checked in early for a wedding and they were very receptive to that idea. It's a shame the water heater wasn't working and there was no hot water but we feel feel they are trying their best. They were very kind on the phone."

"2 day stay with 2 rooms.
Nice hotel, amazing breakfast and bar.
But no cleaning of rooms. Asked 2 times for coffee, towels and water. It came 9.30 pm - but only to one of our rooms.
Excuse for no cleaning was that the hotel was full - they were busy. We got a discount though.
Also water dispenser and ice machine did not work at the 2 floors we were at, also not at the gym.
Little things - but important things.
