"this place is unique. The rooms are great and super clean. You can visit almost anything by foot. The antique style is what we loved the most. The breakfast is good and the place for it is exceptional."

"Centrally located hotel with very friendly staff. The breakfast was dissapointing because it had a too small selection of breakfast products. The room was good. The bed wss compfortable but there was no sheets on the duvet which is unhygienic "

"In a word : friction. The concept is self-serve, but the process is just poor. Checkin requires lengthy account creation, pass-port and face scanning, multiple and aggressive reminder emails and texts.
Building access is through complicated codes on worn keypads. There is no front desk reception. No daily cleaning of rooms (and hence no coffee refills etc.).
The building and rooms are nice. Nice gym. But the concept tries to minimise staff costs so much so, that it's just not a good...

"Staff at this hotel are friendly and very customer service oriented. Had an issue with air conditioner, went for dinner and was fixed by the time I got back to the hotel. Restaurant offers a good variety of food options and drinks. I am staying here again in two weeks."
