"A true 5 star hotel in this part of the world. Most hotels which claim to be stars tend to at best 3&1/2 to 4 stars by European and North American standards. But this one was truly exceptional. The friendliness of the staff to good and service is impeccable. Keep it up"

"For the price paid I would rate this establishment 5/5. The location is G6/4 which is a central and affluent neighbourhood. The twin room was large and cost-effective and the water was always hot, and the WiFi strong. The staff were all especially helpful and friendly too. The only recommendations I would make regard the bedroom fridge which has not been cleaned in a long time...and the laundry, which could be less expensive. Aside from these things, all was well :) "

"Nice , clean hotel, food verity was good. Only one problem. Room air conditioner were not working properly in both rooms. Although called technician and was promised that air conditioner will work in 5 minutes but whole night room was very hot. Couldn’t even properly sleep and was getting up after every 10/15 minutes. "

The staff are very friendly and helpful, but Pakistan is not as advanced as some of its neighbors when it comes to tourist infrastructure. (It was two days before I saw anyone who wasn't South Asian in Islamabad--there just isn't that much tourism, or even that much international business, at least that I could see. There is only one bank where you can withdraw from a foreign...

"IFQ was okay. The service was good just very inconvenient due to phones being down. Each time we needed something we had to go down to reception area. The room light system was confusing. It would be nice to have some instructions since nothing was labeled. Overall this is a good place to stay."

"The manager and the senior receptionist were super polite and understanding. The manager took his time and was kind enough to call Uber for me as my app was not working for some reason. "

"The bathroom was dirty with fungus and mildew on shower curtain.There were Mosquitos in the room. I had to use ceiling fan with high speed to keep mosquitoes away.
The floor was dusty …I would not visit again .
The receptionist took picture of my ID card with phone I’m concerned about it for misuse even though he assured me but I’m worried 😟 "

"Every single thing on this hotel is 5 star…I know hotel is 6 star 😊. I had to go again after staying for one night as my daughter could not get enough of the experience this place has to offer. Highly recommended "

"The front staff were very friendly and helpful on check-in, the manager who spoke fluent english gave me his WhatsApp for any hrlp or inquiries i might need.
Straight after check-in i proceeded to order room service from Tabaq which is their in house restaurant. The biryani was delicious and i ordered repeatedly from there, the food for breakfast was also terrific.
The room itself is alright, great bed but an average bathroom and shower. Very spacious though with a couch and table tor eating...
