"A very quaint and beautiful space! I imagined it to be like a little cottage in Italy; down the street from the vineyard. New, quality, well decorated place. The flower gardens were so beautiful. It was like a little gem in the middle of rolling, green hills. Loved every bit of this charming space!"

"My mom and I had a wonderful stay in this cozy cabin along the Mississippi river. The outdoor area was a peaceful getaway after thrifting along the 100-mile garage sale. We didn't use the outdoor fire, but loved both swings. Communication with Ann was excellent before and during our stay."

"We had a very nice time at the house, and the house are great. I have a few issue though. We couldn’t at all get in contact with the contact person - and that was quite frustration, as we had some questions during our stay. Another thing was that all plates and ‘glasses’ were in plastic. We are all adults, and making a nice dinner with a nice glass of wine - eating and drinking from plastic, well would have been nice with at least a glass not in plastic. "Everything was what we expected. The statements about the driveway are accurate. The only cleanliness issue was the coffee maker had grounds left from previous user. Good selection of movies after a long day fishing. Kitchen had all that was necessary to cook and serve for 6 people dish soap was limited but dishwasher worked well. Gas grill worked well and had plenty of propane for grilling. Overall birthday weekend was a success. Thank you!"

"Such a fun place to stay! Prospect place is stocked with anything you could need and more. Everything as described by owner. Check in and out was a breeze. "The cottage was very cute and well stocked with pots and pans and spices if you want to cook. The snacks and water were very much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable. We didn’t mind the sound of the trains at night but the blowing train whistle woke us a few times. There are ear plugs there if needed. "I was looking for a quiet, relaxing, inspiring place to do some writing. The Pleasant Corner Schoolhouse was the absolute perfect spot! The host has thought of everything, making the space comfortable, beautiful, and unique. I can't wait to go back!"

"We loved our stay… cozy cabin with everything we needed. We are A Frame enthusiasts! We brought our own water for cooking and coffee just as a preference for purified water. "We really enjoyed our stay here! We went out on the canoe in the morning and it was so quiet and peaceful out there. The lake did get busier later in the afternoon with jet skiers and water skiers, people fishing etc. The ducks and chickens on the property were a nice surprise:) My son loved that. "This was a perfect place for our girls weekend. Beautiful views from a spacious deck, quiet and serene. The place if beautiful and well equipped. Just a short drive to Pepin/Stolholm. We visited wineries, an art fair, lavender farm and area restaurants. Everyone had a wonderful time!"
