"Lots of privacy. Comfortable furnishings. We were in Elijah for a wedding. The road in was a very narrow and washed out in many spots. That is the only down side to our visit."

"Myself and a large group of friends visited the Rocky River Cabin in June of 2024 and had an absolute blast. The property was beautiful and had so many things to do. The pictures truly don’t do it justice. The surrounding area is beautiful and clean. Would definitely stay at this Cabin again and highly recommend it for anyone wanting a fun and relaxing time in the mountains of North Georgia!"

"The house is beautiful and nicely furnished. The master bed was very comfortable. Great location on the Ellijay River. The hot tub worked well and was so relaxing. We enjoyed the patio and fire pit, but the Adirondack chairs need to be replaced because some are broken. For the price and extra cleaning fee, I was disappointed to see so many spider webs inside and outside that appeared to have been there for quite some time. It would have been nice to have a broom and some dish cloths/sponges....

"We loved staying here for the week! The house was very clean and easy to stay in. Big windows, mountain view. While our stay was mostly remote-working, we found the kitchen well-stocked with all the tools and condiments you need, so it was easy to have dinner on the patio each night. The hot tub was wonderful and we had chance to see some wildlife too! Overall, a great spot to stay if you're looking for quiet."

"I don’t like to leave bad reviews so I’ll start with the location of the place is great. When we arrived we could tell it’s been a while since anyone has stayed here. The back porch was filthy so my husband never even sat out outside the entire time. I didn’t come to clean so i did what I felt like which drove my allergies nuts for the rest of the stay. "We came to Ellijay for a wedding and we’re delighted that the cabin was as advertised, easy and safe to access (we have rented cabins before that had very slippery and dangerous entrances) the cabin itself was very nice. The bedrooms were very nice, great hot tub. We loved the main room and kitchen."

"We had a fabulous time in Georgia staying on the Coosewatte. So much to do at the property and in the area. We had three families in the house with a mix of older teens and kids. Everyone had enough space to sleep and have fun! We loved tubing, fishing, and volleyball the most. Great stay!"

Love the big island in the kitchen and the dining table. Love the big couch in the downstairs living room. Bathrooms are spacious and very nice. "Pictures don't do this property justice. We were thoroughly impressed by the location of the cabin, the setup and cleanliness of the cabin and the amenities of the neighborhood. We felt secluded enough without being in the middle of nowhere. Our kids LOVED the river, it's perfect for jumping from rock to rock, fishing and feeding the geese. We enjoyed the firepit every night & the beds were very comfortable! The Keurig in each bedroom was a great touch :) We will definitely be staying again."

"The cabin is beautiful and thoughtfully furnished with everything you will need (shampoo, air freshener, flashlights, firewood, etc). We loved the sound of the rushing stream outside and all the visiting animals, including deer. The little nook off of the living room was one of our favorite spaces, as it was comfy and offered lovely views of the meadow and the stream."

"We had a nice time at the house on the river! It was beautiful and listening to the running river from the porches was wonderful! The kids really enjoyed the game room and hot tub. We all enjoyed the coffee bar! The river was running pretty fast, so our kiddos had to be careful in the river right at the house, but I’m sure it’s not always that swift/full.
