🏡 THE SPACE

Surrounded by nature and located within the Coosawattee River Resort, this inviting home offers a peaceful setting with access to community amenities—ideal for families, couples, or a quiet getaway with friends.

The main level features a warm and welcoming living area, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen for easy meals and gatherings. A king bedroom with a TV and ensuite bathroom is also located on this floor, with convenient access from the kitchen area. Please note: the indoor wood-burning fireplace is not functional.

Upstairs, you’ll find a cozy nook with a small bookshelf—perfect for a quiet moment—along with a bedroom that includes a full-size bed, twin trundle, and TV.

Downstairs offers a second living space, ideal for spreading out and relaxing. This level includes a mini kitchen, a king bedroom with TV, a full bathroom, laundry area, and a collection of board games. There’s also a set of weights and a yoga mat available for guests who want to stay active.

Guest Security & Verification Requirements:
We take the safety and security of our guests and properties seriously. To help prevent fraudulent bookings and ensure a secure stay, all guests are required to complete our online hotel-style check-in process before arrival.

- Complete the online check-in requirements.
- Sign the Rental Agreement.
- Upload a valid government-issued ID for identity verification.
- Select one of the following options for property protection:
1. Damage Waiver – A one-time $45, non-refundable fee that provides coverage for eligible accidental damage and mishaps.
2. Refundable $1000 Security Deposit Hold – A temporary authorization hold that is released 3 - 5 business days after the stay, provided there is no eligible damage or violation of the rental terms.

Please note the indoor fireplace is not for use and is not included in the list of amenities.

Coosawattee River Resort requires all guests that are 16YO and up need to be registered prior to arrival.

Please note that our property is nestled in the mountains amidst a wooded area, which means that the open spaces and outdoor sitting areas may be exposed to leaves, dust, pollen, and other natural elements. After a few days from the last cleaning, these outside areas may accumulate leaves, pollen, and some dust due to their exposure. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town! We love to host guests from out of town who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews.

While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.

Firewood is not provided. There will be a $500 fine for fires left unattended or fires that were not put out prior to leaving or retiring for the night. We don't want any embers be blown over to the nearby trees/woods, or anything that can potentially set it on fire.

Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions. Guests are required to complete the guest screening booking requirement, to avoid cancellation of the reservation.
