Other Things to Note:
- If you would like to take advantage of the fire pit (fire place inside the cabin is only for decorative purpose), we strongly recommend bringing firewood. We do not provide any firewood.
- Please note our driveway is steep but easily manageable with a 4WD/AWD and worth the amazing view. It is recommended but not necessary during normal whether condition but needed during heavy rain and snow.
- Driveway may not be suitable for little kids and elderly to walk up and down.
- Please read house rules prior to booking. Booking the cabin means you agree and acknowledge to the "House Rules" and agree to the ' terms and conditions' of the VRBO and its partners.
Your safety and privacy matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera located on the home, facing outward toward the entryway. It does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound for one minute when activated by motion.

House Rules and Policy:
- Must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Pet owners: No pets/pups on bed, sofa or on any of the furniture, must be crated when you leave and pick up all waste and dispose properly. Please keep on leash for safety. Damages/ scratches caused by the pups and hair found on beds, sofa and other furniture will result in a fee starting at $200.
- All-wheel drive is recommended to access the property, but not mandatory.
- Our cabin is child friendly, however, it is not childproof. There are some areas of the cabin that may not be suitable for children without adult supervision, including but not limited to the stairs, deck area, fire pit and hot tub area. Guests are always fully responsible for the safety and security of their children. Guests are also responsible for any disturbance caused to other residents in the neighborhood or damages made to the property.
- Firewood is not provided at the property for safety reasons. It is recommended you supply your own and be responsible to use it.
- No fireworks allowed as it is in a high risk area.
- Please limit food/drinks to the kitchen and dining areas. No food allowed in the bedrooms.
- If you are using fire pit outside, do not leave fire unattended and make sure fire is completely extinguished when you are not using them.
- No shoes inside the bedrooms or bathrooms.
- Hot tub should be used responsibly. Children should not be left unattended. No using hot tub during a storm/thunder and lighting. Hot tub should be always covered when not in use. No food should be consumed in the hot tub. Ok to use non- breakable or disposable glasses for drinking.
- The host is not liable or responsible for any personal injury due to improper use of hot tub and fire pit.
- The host is not responsible for loss of any personal valuables.
- Accessing/using the creek is the sole responsibility of the guests and the host is not responsible for any injury.
- Even though the cabin is nestled amidst a serene forest, various insects including spiders are part of the local ecosystem and natural to the area. To minimize the presence of insects inside, please ensure that the doors and windows are closed all the time.
