Our A-frame is perfect for hosting multiple families or 5/6 couples with each having the privacy of their own bedroom. 25 year old min renter age and 12 guests maximum please. Secluded lot only 4.4 miles from Ellicottville village. There are also 6+ state parks within 15 miles for many outdoor activities.

Guests are the only people on the entire property.

The entire place and 60 acres is yours. Our A-Frame is fully equipped with linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, fully stocked kitchen, a regular coffee maker and ground coffee. We have a hot tub, sauna, pop shot, large to die for outdoor space, two tier large back deck, a charcoal and propane grill, boards games, corn hole, outdoor fire-place, Kan-Jam, slam ball, mega Jenga, and 2 TVs.

No smoking and no pets please.
