We checked in with no issues and enjoyed the pool. Shortly after, the power went out. I realize this was not the hotels fault but we chose this location due to the restaurant attached and free breakfast. We hung out in the lobby with our service dog with little to no communication and eventually the power came back but the staff didn't see value in opening the kitchen so we had to pay for food to be delivered. This morning for breakfast, there was eggs and sausage, dished on your plate with no say of how much and no 2nds allowed. No jelly for your toast, no butter, no plates for your food, the one man working was inconvenienced with getting the things needed. Upon check out, I informed the lady at the counter that the room had food left in fridge from previous customer and before I could explain the unsettling mass of hair found on the bed someone rudely said "why is there a dog here" realizing it was me that has the dog asked if I received permission from their GM to have a dog. I replied he's a service dog. She proceeded to give me an extremely rude look and disregarded my complaint about room cleanliness. Absolutely nothing was mentioned to me upon checking in or sitting in the lobby about my dog. I did not want to mention the areas of concerns the night before due to the power being out and staff accommodating check in with no elevators or ability to make room keys. The lack of professionalism and ommitment to rectify an issue prompted this review.
