"Lovely place to stay if visiting Chitwan National Park 5 minutes in cab to local town with riverside views of Park, where you can sit and relax in upstairs bar watching rhinos and elephants crossing the river. Hotel organised all our trips :- jeep safaris, river canoe, elephant riding and breeding centre. Hotel has a nice inside restaurant , outside bar and pool. Staff were excellent and place was very clean "

"Like most every where in Nepal we went, the service of the staff was awesome especially the waiters in the restaurant. Best service ever and the most friendly people we have ever met. The front desk staff was just as good. The food was ok but i kind of wished they had more options. Most of the food was nothing we were used too and would have liked a few American choices on the menu."

"This is a lovely hotel and jungle resort. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable and the grounds are a well kept garden. I had a warm breakfast and lots of assistance with my travel plans. I felt very happy staying here and enjoyed all this place has to offer. Perfect location in town as well and along the river. There was a rhino taking a mud bath just a short wak away "

"Alles war sehr gut. Der Hotelbesitzer war sehr hilfsbereit und ein echtes Organisations-Genie. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen und zu Fuß das Ortszentrum und der Eingang zum Nationalpark zu erreichen.

"Good place to stay for your safari vacation - nice and quiet.
The staff was overall friendly, but some off the staff were not so welcoming or good at giving information - maybe just shy. Like when we checked in, there was no "welcome" or small talk, and no info on breakfast time or that you had to leave your key to get the room cleaned. The service was very good, we got our breakfast and packed lunch in time and a ride to the bus stop when we were leaving.
Would stay here again if I ever go...

"The best things about this resort are the location and the staff. Sabrina on reception is always smiling and cheerful. She has "magic fingers" which repairs things. Sitaram Streatham is an outstanding waiter in the restaurant. He is very attentive but also very knowledgeable about local wildlife. Lovely gentle mannered man. Our room was very comfortable. The bathroom is a wet room so i struggle with wet floors but i bought a floor squeegy in town for just over £1 and that helped a lot. ...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Traveller's Jungle Camp. We were picked up from the bus park out of town free of charge and taken to the property, which itself has lovely gardens. The room was very nice, and the staff were fantastic. We enjoyed the tours organised by the hotel. The hotel is in the middle of town, so an easy walk to places. Happy to recommend."

"The location of The Wildlife Resort is wonderful. From our balcony and from the viewing area we were mesmerised by the river, stunning views and sounds of the national park, and beautiful birds. We saw a crocodile swim past, watched the quiet early morning canoe trips and some elephants being driven across the river. The gardens were well maintained.

"I stayed a few nights here and had a great stay. First room wasn’t clean and no hot water, but the staff were quick to change it for me and I got a clean room. I ordered dinner with room service and it was delicious. The pool needs some cleaning so I didn’t go in. The hotel is in a suburban area with Nepali villas, but takes a tuk tuk or some walking to go into Bharatpur. All in all a good stay, but the price is a little to high for the state of the hotel"
