All your comments are very important for us in order to improve our guest experience.We agree with you that our pillows are not the best ones that's why we are starting to change them. At the moment some rooms have new pillows, the rest will be new in the future. We actually have some rooms with coffee machine inside, but is a different category of what you booked.
