Absolutely outstanding hotel experience! We stayed here with our two daughters, ages 18 and 16, and every aspect was exceptional—from the delicious food and stylish ambiance to the fantastic location, top-notch fitness offerings, and delightful entertainment. But what truly makes this hotel stand out is the incredible staff. They were exceptionally attentive, genuinely kind, wonderfully funny, and very personable. Special thanks to Mr. Masry, Ahmed at reception, and the fantastic Kadou, the zen fitness instructor and world champion in Boccia. Highly recommend this gem!
Thank you all for making our first visit to Egypt unbelievably memorable and for making us feel as if we were visiting our second home. Truly 5 stars in every category!
