"I was a bit apprehensive staying in this hotel because of the street noise.The hotel offered me one of their rooms with less street noise. With the earplugs and the fan the noise practically fades away.The showers are really good.The beds are comfortable. All the staff are really nice and they arranged a guide for my trip to the pyramids, and also a taxi to the airport.They provided me with a hairdryer. kettle and you can get coffee for 95EGP near there. There is a lovely Italian restaurant...

Dagen efter indcheckning på Castello Hotel og her spurgt om kompensation fordi det første hotel var billigere, det fik vi aldrig svar på desværre.
Castello er mega fint til prisen dog med basal morgenmad men hvad kan man forvente til prisen. "

My luggage and bag was left in the middle of lobby on my departure for an hour while I was having my breakfast and waiting for my ride to the airport. I had my passport and money in the bag. Was lucky no one took it.
In my 5 days stay, didnt see a single smile or a welcoming impression from any of the staff. Any question was either not replied or in a way, as guests are disturbing them."
