Beautiful terraced house in El Puerto de Santa María, located in Valdelagrana, just 300 metres from the beach. It is an ideal accommodation to host 10 people with style and comfort. The house has a beautiful private garden with barbecue and communal swimming pool. Additionally, it is located in front of a wooded park 700 metres from the entrance of the Los Toruños nature reserve and a few metres from supermarkets, bars and restaurants. This charming house is distributed over two floors, the ground floor has a living room, dining room with porch, open-plan kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom. On the upper floor, you will find a master bedroom with private bathroom and dressing room, three additional bedrooms with capacity for two people each and a bathroom. The backyard has artificial grass and a beautiful front garden with lawn and parking for one vehicle. Each bedroom on the upper floor and the living room have air conditioning, and the house has photovoltaic panels for electricity generation and storage, as well as a solar water heater, making it an environmentally friendly option. The house is fully equipped with wifi internet connection, flat-screen TV in the living room, washing machine, dryer, microwave, general kitchen utensils, barbecue on the terrace, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, among other services that guarantee a pleasant family stay. The accommodation is located in an urbanisation with two swimming pools, one of them for children, with large garden areas and parking spaces. Key delivery is done at the accommodation by a person in charge of reception and key delivery. We will always be at your disposal, either digitally or by phone and during the indicated hours. Moreover, due to its privileged location in Valdelagrana, you will be just a few metres from the most beautiful beaches of El Puerto de Santa María, leisure areas, restaurants and supermarkets, which will allow you to move on foot without needing to use the car. If you wish to park your car during your stay, you will have everything you need within walking distance. If you want to explore other areas, you can reach Rota or Chipiona in just 25 minutes by car. You can also enjoy excellent dining in the centre of El Puerto, which is only 5 minutes away by car. If you feel like it, you can take a nice excursion to Cádiz by crossing the Bay by ferry, which will take only 30 minutes and is highly recommended. And although it may take you more than an hour, I recommend visiting the beaches of El Palmar, Los Caños de Meca and Zahara de los Atunes if you have time.
To light a burner:- Turn the knob that corresponds to the burner you want to use.- While holding it down, press the igniter button located on the left side of the stove.- If the igniter doesn’t work, use the lighter found in the first drawer to the right of the stove.To light the oven:- Turn the temperature knob to the desired setting.- Hold the knob down while pressing the igniter or using the lighter.- To keep the oven on, you also need to turn the timer knob: - Turn it to the right (clock symbol) to set a time. - Turn it to the left if you don’t want to set a time.- Keep the knob pressed for several seconds before releasing. You may need to repeat the process a couple of times until the oven stays lit.
