Wanted to leave (late check out) and was told we couldn’t after calling the night before because someone booked the room. That was disappointing but we were able to stay on the resort until 4pm. Room was small for two if you want space but amazing view, clean, food was okay and bar was a nice vibe. Got a massage for 1 hour for $50. All in all had a great time!"

"Hotel Farallones was fantastic. It was about a 4 minute car ride from El Tunco. The location is stunning and the service was great. It also felt very safe with 24 hour security at the gate. We rented a car, so it was nice to come and go when we pleased. "

"The Cabins has potential and is a great idea but unfortunately it wasn’t executed well. The drains in our room smelt really bad and there was a problem with the water. The shower was cold and the bathroom could have been cleaner. There were also ants everywhere in the room, including on the bed. However, the location was good and really close to town although can be a bit noisy at night from the road but this didn’t bother us."

The staff was so kind and helped us book surfing guides, board rentals, and a trip to Tamanique waterfall! The food was delicious and they were so accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!"

"It was ok. Water park water was shut off very early around 3 pm. No communication. The whole point of staying at this places was the water park for the kids. No direct access to the beach. Restaurant overlooking the beach closed at 6 pm. No chance to see the sunset. The breakfast included was average and I wasn’t given any options… just eat what they provide and period. "
