"Sehr praktisch und modern eingerichtetes Appartement. "

"Very clean, modern and nice decoration. The staff is friendly."

"The jacuzzi never got hot and the thermal pools were tepid at best. No settings on the television to turn the brightness down. The shampoo and conditioner had clearly been reused over and over even though they were sample bottles. There are buttons on the walls that do nothing like open and close curtain except there's nothing hooked up to the curtain. I'm 5 ft 7 and I weigh 220 lb and I could not fit into your bathrobes which is incredibly sad because half of the men on the planet are bigger...

"Meget venligt personale "

"This is an extraordinary boutique hotel. Our room was luxurious with a very large balcony with large table and hot tub. Very nice view as well. Staff was welcoming, informative, and answered all questions well. Breakfast was delicious and substantial. Although a little bit out of the historic downtown area of Iraklion, that district was a very walkable distance away. We enjoyed being in the less touristy part of the city and enjoying the local restaurants and shops frequented by residents....

"Jeg besøgte PAVO hotel med min veninde for fire overnatninger. Hotellet er muligvis et af de allerbedste, jeg har været på i mit liv. Venligt personale, god kommunikation, smukke værelser med gode faciliteter - alt i alt en perfekt oplevelse. Vil anbefale til alle, jeg kender."

"Vi valgte at finde et andet hotel, hotellet var ellers fint og maden god, men alt for langt væk fra alting."

"Stayed in a suite with private pool. It was great. Breakfast is average. They need to have numbers on the tables for food, as we got the same appetizer twice. "

"Great hotel with such a nice team. Always helpful and friendly! The location is super central in Heraklion and near most cafes and restaurants. The area looks a bit rundown, but it has its charm. Rooftop is amazing with the pool and bar. "

"Great place to stay, friendly staff and management. Unfortunately had an issue with my ferry and missed a night of my stay but management was very helpful in trying to accommodate me. My only issue is that then hot water sometimes ran out in the shower and tap but the staff told me they were currently working on this issue which is reassuring. Great central location right near the centre of Heraklion"

"Moderne en vooral schone studio waar aan echt elk detail is gedacht. Zelfs een wasmachine is aanwezig. Snachts weinig geluiden. Supermarkt om de hoek en winkels vlakbij."

"Dejligt hotel. Centralt beliggende Morgenmaden var alt andet end spændende og god. "

"The room was great. Location was good for our trip. Parking is the area is very difficult to find near by. My only real complaint about the room would be that the mattress is uncomfortable and too low to the ground."
