Musikken var et problem - samme musik hver dag på samme tid - så flygter man. Sultne katte som resortet ikke fodrer giver også stedet et dårligt ry - det ville ikke kostet meget at holde de 5 katte med mad og det ville give en fantastisk pr til hotellet. Alt andet var i top - bortset fra at der med de antal stjerner burde være en afdrypningsmåtte på badeværelset og små flasker shampo. Det er der i Thailand på 2 stjernede hoteller.

We do appreciate that you took the time to share with us your feedback. please note that we have obligation toward our guests safety and health. We cannot let the cats running around the hotel and jumping on the tables and eating from the guests food. We receive complaints for the guest especially the ones who have allergy to cats. Our pest control team try their best to collect the cats and take it to the Oasis , which is an area located near to Elgouna and a lot of Bedouin live there and taking care of their animals
The bathrooms are equipped with dispenser for shampoo and soap.

Fantastiskt!
Fin resort som innehåller många trevliga aktiviteter. Man behöver inte åka till stan, nästan allt finns i resorten.
Väldigt trevliga personal, fina rum, god mat med många sorter.
Rekommenderar dock ej massagetjänsten.

Lovely resort but for the older traveller
We had one of the first 3 renovated rooms which was very spacious and well appointed. Great position for us in a quiet area and very private terrace. Big resort with lovely grounds, bar areas and even its iwn shops and inly 2 minute walk from El Gouna Downtown for dinner and shopping.
The oy downside for us was the pool areas ate too small for the complex as very cramped. The main pool (fitness) had constant music and quite loud but only German language or organ style instramental but not modern. It sounded like childrens TV music or happy clappy. Would not appeal to most so thankful our room did not overlook here. Although all ages were here it was mostly over 70s so maybe why the odd choice of music.. But a livy space and great staff throughout.

Wir waren nun schon das dritte mal in dieser Unterkunft. Zimmer sind grössenmässig ausreichend. Frühstücksbüffet lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Personal ist höflich und hilfsbereit.
Wir werden dieses Hotel wieder buchen wenn wir nach El Gouna reisen.

Animatie kon ook wat meer naar de andere zwembaden komen. Er was daar 1 bij het animatieteam met name Noah die niets maar dan ook niets deed. De anderen waren top.
Minder verkopers aan het zwembad, je komt voor rust maar toch blijven ze je lastig vallen voor Vanalles en nog wat. Naar mijn zin teveel Egyptenaren in het hotel, die voorstaken voor het eten, lawaai maakten in het zwembad.

Not impressed at all. Pictures make the property seem better than it is. Rooms are much older and run down. No entertainment at night only man playing keyboard who is very good. The staff in restaurants and around pool don’t take drink orders. You have to get up and get everything yourself. The man who makes crepes in the morning always looks miserable and not friendly. Positives: the boat ride to Zeitouna Beach. There are TONS of mosquitoes everywhere. Will never return to this hotel.

My second visit and I will be returning.
I will be returning to this hotel for two main reasons, the helpfulness of the staff (especially Ashraf in reception and my room attendant Mostafa Mohamed) and the shuttle boat service to Zeytouna Island.

Accommodations are very comfortable, food is delicious, staff are friendly and extremely helpful, beach is clean and tidy, last but not least the weather is amazing. We loved every second of our stay.

Mehrere Pools, diverse Speisemöglichkeiten, was sehr gut war.
Das Fitness war unglaublich schmutzig. Dort wird anscheinend nie geputzt. Das Personal war teilweise unfreundlich und die Kommunikation vonseiten Personal könnte besser sein.

Excellent place to spend a relaxing tine with family.
They had some great activities for kids that was very engaging and attractive.
Very nice rooms, stylish and well equipped, staff are helpful and polite.
Location is 5 minutes walk from downtown El Gouna to do any shopping.
The buffet restaurant is big but might benefit from some re-arrangement of it's layout.
Overall great place to stay and spend a relaxing vacation

Waren letzte Jahr schon einmal in diesem Hotel. Haben ein Zimmer im neuen Teil der Anlage bekommen. Leider keines mit Poolblick, wie schriftlich mitgeteilt und erwünscht gewesen.
Service ist in Ordnung und auf Sauberkeit wird auch geachtet.
Frühstücks Buffet ist frisch, reichlich und es hat eine riesige Auswahl.
Kommen auf jedenfall wieder.

A charming hotel with very friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent food and drinks, beautiful beach, a variety of swimming pools, very child friendly, lively animation team and good location. What more can one want?

Peux mieu faire
Super hôtel préférer la parti avec les chambres rénové. Car les autres chambre sont moins sympa et moins confort.
En all inclusive les repas de resemble beaucoup même trop
Les cocktails sont vraiment pas bon du tous.
Piscines froide ( au mois de mai)
Mais sinon hôtel rapors qualité prix très bon

Great location, resort and staff
Comfort rooms were modern, clean and well appointed.
Food quality was very good.
Grounds, beach, pools and all communal areas were well maintained.
Overall a relaxed, chilled and very polite resort which we enjoyed on our 2nd visit. We will be back and thank-you to each and every member of the Rihana team
