"My family and I had a two night stay at this property. The location and view from our room was amazing. The service on the other hand was not great. We stayed in suite 501 which is right above the garage opening which creates tremendous noise from banging against the drainage system of the garage that translated straight to our room about 400 to 500 times a day. We asked for our room to be serviced and it was not. For the price we paid we expected a lot better quality of stay. "

"Unfortunately, because of the Israel-Iran war we did not stay at this hotel but I would like to say that the manager/owner was extremely understanding of the situation and refunded our reservation, even at the last minute.

My only minor complaint was that I found it impossible to turn off the air conditioning at night - I don't like to sleep with AC. My solution was to pull out the room card from the power control and turn off the electricity for the room, but that meant we couldn't charge our phones. But that's minor, and I'm sure that if we'd said something the management would have...

The bed was very comfortable, some of the furniture in the bedroom looked tired, scratched, etc. The bathroom was spacious, very large shower but no bath. A drawback is that there is no outdoor seating area until the outdoor pool opens in July. There is an indoor pool but we didn't visit it. "

I was there during a very quiet time and there were not enough guests for weekday breakfast, but the dining area was very pleasant. There are some very good cafes and restaurants within minutes as well.
Highly recommended for visits to Nazareth and the Galilee."

"Great stay in Nazareth. Staff were very helpfull and friendly. We parked our car outside the old city, 5 min from the hotel and just walked there. The room was nice and clean and we enjoyed the terrasse on roof with the amazing view, specially at sunset. Breakfast was splendid! We highly recommend!"
