Featuring a fully private rear yard with secure parking for cars, boats or a jet ski. family friendly getaway for up to 6 guests. open plan kitchen, living and dining room featuring split system heating and cooling, electric cooktop with electric oven, dishwasher, 6 seat dining table, and a cozy lounge with a TV and Netflix. The 3 bedrooms accommodate up to 6 guests in 2 separate queen bedrooms, plus a third bedroom with 2 single beds. There is an ensuite to the master bedroom, and a full family bathroom with a separate toilet
