The host's father met us at the apartment to handover keys and to give us a brief overview of where to find things. Despite his lack of English and our lack of French we managed to communicate very well.Our host very kindly allowed us to checkin prior to the normal checkin time which was most appreciated.The apartment itself was very well located in centre of old town so made it easy to walk to different market stalls and restuarants.The apartment is located on the first floor accessed by stairs only. The one bedroom apartment was roomy with a well equipped kitchen which made it easy to prepare our own meals. We did not need parking but if you need there is a public car park area approx 200m walk.Our only negative comment would be the bed which was not so comfortable due to thin mattress and a couple of slats would slip out and it was not possible to always keep them in place.In conclusion, we have no hesitation recommending this property both the apartment and host were great.
