"Eratap beach resort was absolutely perfect. From the views to the staff and everything in between was amazing. The pool villa was spacious with a great view of the ocean and islands. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The food was amazing! Fresh, tasty and cooked to perfection. The only thing that has marred our stay is the inaccurate information provided by QANTAS in this deal for travel to and from Vanuatu. This false advertising has caused a lot of stress, as we were meant to fly direct from Sydney as advertised but instead were diverted and left stranded in Auckland for three days due to last minute flight cancellation then had flights to get us...
