The front desk staff was friendly both at check in and out, as well as accommodating when we requested an infant bed and extra bedding later in the evening. "Another extraordinary stay at the Ambassador Hotel Wichita. We come for business several times a year. We use to pick a new hotel each time, BUT....we are now completely spoiled for the Ambassador! Great people in all positions, the restaurant is really good, and the rooms are simply the best!! We usually request a corner room..just a little more fun and light and energy from downtown! Overall beautiful, lovely property."

"Room & bathroom were very clean which is paramount for us. The tv had no signal initially so called front desk and had to unplug box and plug back in and then it worked. TV did have a crack in the right hand corner but other than that everything else was great. I liked the fact that there was only a rug under the bed and the rest was new looking LVT which was very clean"
