Creekwood Chappelle is a new home community nestled in natural Heritage Valley, just south of Ellerslie Road. Enjoy the warmth of family and neighbourly spirit in this peaceful community, which boasts serene landscapes, endless recreation opportunities, a K-9 school, and proximity to shopping and entertainment.

Entire basement suite is accessible, and private with no one sharing the suite with you.

However guests are not allowed to go into the main entrance or the main floor of the home as this is occupied by other guests (the doors are completely locked).

The doors you have access to, have keys in the lockbox, this includes the entrance key and your unit key for extra privacy.

Things To Note:
-You have access to the laundry room (washing machine and dryer) located opposite your unit door in the basement. You have exclusive guest access to this, although the cleaners may occasionally use the laundry room.
-The utilities room is not accessible to any guest, our staff may occasionally go into the utility room if needed.

The basement suite is located in the Prestigious Chappelle Community and it offers.

*Mandatory weekly complimentary housekeeping if staying more than 1 week (our cleaners go in to keep the unit clean and fresh, maintaining and restocking items).

Exterior security camera is located at the front of the garage outside and at the door bell/ the exterior entrance of the suite, to secure the door outside for your safety.

Parking is free on the driveway if available, and on the street.

You can get around by car, bus or bike. There is a bus stop nearby.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form. You may need to sign and agree to our rental conditions.

-ID Verification Exception: Those who stayed with us before, you are welcome to stay. Please when sending a request, advise us that you are a returning guest from another listing.

Unauthorized Guest: No unauthorized guests allowed. Fine is $50 per person, per day charge.

Disturbing Neighbors: Please be advised that we would have no option but to terminate your stay without refund if you disturb the neighborhood (the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet we want to keep it that way).

Check Out:
Please unauthorized late checkout attracts a $30 fee per hour, as we pay our cleaners per hour, if cleaning get delayed and it inconveniences the next guest, we would have no option but to pass on the cost to you.
