For extra comfort, you can use the secure front lobby or underground parkade to avoid these encounters. To ensure a smooth, secure, and Airbnb-compliant check-in, all guests must complete a few simple steps after booking. This is managed through Airbnb’s preferred third-party platform and helps protect both you and the home:

✦ $56.50 Damage Waiver – Covers accidental damage up to $700. (No deposit hold required.)

Please note: The damage waiver only covers accidental damage. It does not cover smoking, intentional damage, policy violations, pet-related issues, or negligence. In such cases, reimbursement may be requested separately or submitted through Airbnb’s Resolution Center. Booking confirms you’ve reviewed and agreed to these terms.

As required by Airbnb’s July 2025 transparency policies, we disclose the following potential or optional fees:

✦ Excessive Cleaning Fee: Up to $400 (if property left in very poor condition)
✦ Deep cleaning due to grease, damage, or staining = $100
✦ BBQ/Grill/Smoker must be cleaned after use – if not, a $100 deep cleaning fee applies
✦ Unapproved Guests Fee: $50/person per night
✦ Lost Key/FOB Fee: $175
✦ Forgotten items will be donated after 48 hours; shipping = $50 admin fee
