Welcome to "Ross" — a unique large-group accommodation created by combining two side-by-side 5-bedroom duplex homes into one convenient very large booking.
Perfect for large families, corporate teams, sports groups, wedding guests, or long-term stays, this setup provides space for up to 18 guests across two fully independent homes located directly beside each other.
Together, the property includes:

Please note: This booking includes TWO separate side-by-side units. Guests will need to step outside briefly to move between the two homes, as there is no interior connecting door between them.
Each side of the duplex is fully self-contained and exclusively reserved for your group.
Both homes feature thoughtfully equipped kitchens with cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee, tea, basic spices, and starter consumables to help make your stay comfortable and convenient.
The upper levels of both homes each feature 2 bedrooms with queen beds, workspaces, and ensuite bathrooms.

A vehicle is usually recommended for time spent in Edmonton. Parking is available for free at this home on a first come first serve basis. This house has a parking pad at the back of the home is available to be used for both suites in this property. Please be respectful in sharing the space. We do not have marked stalls. Each listing at this property is entitled to half of the parking pad space and out front street parking which is available on a first come, first serve basis.

All guests and pets (staying or visiting) must be included in the reservation. Unregistered guests, visitors, pets, or parties are not permitted.
While this property is pet-friendly, cats are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized cats will result in a $500 fee per cat.
Due to the property’s central downtown location, some city noise, traffic, and nightlife activity may be present.
Pack-and-play cribs and high chairs are available upon request.
Please do not use the property address for mail delivery, as mailbox access is unavailable. Door drop-off or depot pickup arrangements are recommended.
For stays of 30 nights or longer, complimentary mid-stay cleanings are provided every 30 days.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance for protection against unforeseen travel changes.
