This property is rundown. The deadbolt for our room didn't work, the curtains had multiple holes and the bathroom door knob was damaged. There were empty containers at breakfast and orange juice dispenser was producing only slightly yellow water. When we asked the attendant, she said she didn't know how to change the juice pack and said there are only apples for the empty fruit basket. But only took any apples out after asking if we actually wanted some. It was 9am and breakfast was offered until 10am. I will not stay here again, and will advise anyone who may as of the bad conditions of this property.

Booked 2 night stay. Crumpled info sheet in the room indicated if you wanted fresh linens/towels to ask front desk before 3 pm otherwise there was no maid service. If I had noticed before this morning, comforter (that was sandwiched between 2 sheets) was clearly turned top to bottom, comforter had dirty marks and blood spots along the bottom, we would have asked for linens to be changed. No fault of staff but think if they are advertising as "pet friendly" a dispenser of bags for guests to pick up after their dogs, would might eliminate of the piles along the entry way of hotel. Again, not the staffs fault, but had enough of the rude, unruly children allowed to run screaming and playing in common areas with parents oblivious. Breakfast was a step below substandard and tables were dirty. Sorry .... will not ever book again.

We had an extremely noisy neighbour. Asked front desk to contact them, they did not. The excessive noise continued until 4 am (suspected drug use). Thanks for nothing Park Inn front desk!

Stayed there for 3 days. They didnt do the room service not even for single day. Everyday when we came back room was the same way we left in morning. We even called them for room service there were no service at that time same thing nect days too.

I had a room booked on both ends of a trip out of the Edmonton airport. I booked here because they had a complimentary shuttle to the airport and allowed parking at the hotel for a small fee. When we departed there was no issues. However on return we had a flight delay by 4 hours. I called the hotel to confrim I would be able to still get the shuttle at that late in the night (4am approx). They

The room was large, clean with a comfortable bed. Carpet in the room showing wear. Breakfast was fine and replenished but tables not cleaned after use. requested tables be cleaned and it was done. The elevator floors were littered and dirty. Not cleaned during the 18 hours I spent there. The breakfast room garbage bin was overflowing, with no lid, and left out in the hall for all to see. Oil or grease was running down the inside of the door of my room. The poor girl responsible for cleaning the lobby and breakfast area had only a small broom to use, not a wide dry mop. Kids were running in the main floor hallway, near the lobby, making a lot of noise.

For an overnight stay, it does the trick! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, no complaints. The woman who checked me in (unfortunately I don’t remember her name) was friendly and really helpful. As well, the complimentary airport shuttle was great.
