To ensure a smooth, secure, and worry-free stay, all guests are required to complete a short pre-arrival process after booking confirmation. This process is managed through Airbnb’s preferred third-party guest portal and helps protect both guests and the property while remaining fully platform compliant.

‣ **Damage Waiver ($56–82 depending on stay length)** – Covers accidental damages up to $700 (No security deposit hold required)

‣ **Refundable Security Deposit ($700)** – Pre-authorized 24 hours before check-in and automatically released 5 days after checkout, provided no damages, missing items, or policy violations occur.

❗ **PLEASE NOTE:** The damage waiver covers accidental damage only. It does not cover smoking, intentional or negligent damage, policy violations, or pet-related issues. Additional charges may be processed separately or submitted through Airbnb’s Resolution Center where applicable.

‣ Mailbox access is unavailable at this property. Please do not ship mail to the home. For packages, we recommend arranging depot pickup or direct delivery services. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages.
