"Quisiéramos un reembolso de esa noche ya que nos tuvimos que retirar del hotel y pagar una noche en otro hotel ya que las sábanas tenían pelos, se salía el agua del inodoro por la parte del piso, olía mucho a cloro, una alfombra súper sucia. Poca iluminación. "
