"A comfortable and enjoyable stay. Room was clean comfortably and so cosy! We were made to feel so welcomed and they kindly accommodated a veggie breakfast for us. The breakfast was lovely with fresh foods and lots of local produce to choose from. We even got a tour of the place! Would highly recommend a stay here. "

"We were made very welcome by Wendy and Lawrence on our arrival. We sat outside in the sunny garden with a mug of tea and a caramel bar. We had the entire dining room to ourselves. There was a great selection of cereals available and the traditional breakfast was delicious. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom spacious. "

"The hotel is old and worn out. The staff in reception and in the restaurant were really service minded and helpful. My room was next to the ancient lift, which creaked and rumbled until about 1 am. The bathroom was in poor condition, with black mould in one corner, the shower curtain was old and dirty and the shower head was broken. The bedroom had old water stains in one corner, presumably from a leak in the roof and the carpet was stained. The bed (single) was clean and comfortable."

"Lovely bright, clean and airy sort of loft apartment above the owner's large detached garage. Very comfortable, well equipped especially the kitchen area so I could self cater. Beautiful walks starting just up the lane. Highly recommended."
