"Three of us spent a long weekend at this beautiful house in a great, walkable neighborhood. We especially liked the well appointed kitchen and comfortable living area, which was good for hanging out and watching TV. We would definitely stay here again."

"This row house was perfect for our stay in Philly. Everything was straight forward and clear, in terms of checkin - we had no problem finding the property and getting settled. There were plenty of extra sheets and pillows. The second bedroom contains a pullout futon that takes up most of the space; and there's a third floor with a very comfy couch and alot more space. We had a couple of great meals at the nearby Front Street Cafe; and ordered yummy pizza via Uber Eats for dinner one evening....

"Property is listed as new, its anything but that. Everything is from scratch and dent places,bedding was so nasty and contacted host, who told me to contact vrbo. That was a disaster, they gave us back 65 cleaning fee. Wasn't even a place to wash the bed sheets at. Save your money and book a nicer place. Don't even get me started on the parking situation in this area, drive around for an hour before we could find a spot to park. Bedroom doors dont shut or lock, my kids put a chair and broom up...
