This very comfy and roomy 1700 square foot home sleeps six adults, and two children in three comfy beds and a bunk. There is a spacious living room, a dining room and a kitchen dinette.

As our guest, you have access to a private community boat launch, a locked trailer/boat storage area with CCTV, two community pools and a large community pier to fish from and watch the rocket launches!

Bringing a boat or kayaks? If so, you are in the perfect spot as this property is just North of Mosquito Lagoon and South of New Smyrna Beach.
This home has three bedrooms and two baths. One bathroom is a very large ensuite attached to the main bedroom. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need including coffee for the bright mornings.

All community features listed above are within walking distance, and you may have some friendly Sand Cranes join you.

Speaking of wildlife, there are always dolphins in the Intracoastal and manatees in the canal. Osprey, Herons, Bald Eagles, Pelicans and Egrets are plentiful.

The good. Unit was clean. Manager was great. Took care of issues that he could. The bad. Owner is Cheap, and would not pay to have repairs done. Front door would not latch and wind blew it open all the time. Digital lock was falling off the door. ( I finally fixed it). Siding was missing in places. Door on one bath would not close without lifting the door and pushing it at the top. The biggie. The water heater was not working. The manager had it replaced and put a different head on the shower which did improve it. The owner does not seem to want to take care of

Property was perfect for 9ppl! Close to I 95, off us 1. Places to shop just minutes away. Plenty of gas stations, Walmart, Aldi. Peaceful community! Swimming pools (2) dock for boating, sea life- dolphins manatees just so relaxing! Highly recommend

Excellent stay

The property was excellent, very clean, the location was perfect for north mosquito lagoon, the private boat ramp was in great condition and 2 minutes from the house, everything was in great condition

Great stay in a very nice community.

This was a nice clean place for the six of us on our annual bike week trip to the Daytona area. All the amenities of home. Great communication with owner during check in and through our stay when needed.
