"I just stayed one night before af flight.
Hotel is in good condition, but not really cosy at all.
They could definitely upgrade their outdoor furniture. Everything is hard plastic and not comfortable at all.
But staff is nice and smiling.

"Es un hotel familiar muy agradable, con piscina y habitaciones de buen tamaño.
Sobre todo destacaría lo bien que nos han tratado. El desayuno y la cena que encargamos eran muy buenos.
El último día teniamos un vuelo tarde y nos dejaron quedarnos con las habitaciones (eran 3 habitaciones) hasta las 18h, que es la hora a la que partimos para el aeropuerto.
Recomiendo totalmente este hotel!!!"

or having a bad day or 2.
She introduced herself, when I arrived but she wasn’t happy about it.
She seemed more annoyed, by me being there than happy.
She didn’t say anything except the dinner and the take away places.
She did ask how, everything was going but still didn’t look like, she cared one bit.
When I checked out, she didn’t say but, hope you enjoyed the stay or anything else.
Everything else was perfect!
But she was a really sad and angry...

The hotel has a free shuttle, a bit difficult to find as Tambo has the worst signs ever and you have to juggle official and unofficial porters insisting to show you and take your bags, looking for a tip. Once you find the shuttle, everything is smooth sailing. The room could do with a Nespresso machine. Otherwise quite comfortable and bigger than expected. "

"Dette sted reklamerede med afhentning i lufthavnen da jeg ankommer der der ingen og jeg ringer mange gange til stedet. Tilsidesat får jeg en taxa og han køre mig til hotellet hvor der ingen respons er jeg er helt alene på gaden i Johannesburg efter dette alle hoteller i lufthavnen er fyldte så jeg er nød til at tilbringe natten foran lufthavnen. "The service at this hotel is completely unacceptable.
At check-in, an employee assisted us with the kiosk system and ultimately asked us to pay, even though we had already paid through Hotels.com. This resulted in us paying twice. When we pointed out the mistake shortly after, we were asked—after some back and forth—to wait until the following morning, as only the manager could handle a refund. Despite the error being on the hotel's part, we received neither a proper apology nor any understanding for the time and money we lost due to exchange rate fluctuations.
The next morning, we got up early to catch the manager and went through several formalities before the amount was finally refunded. As expected, we had lost money due to the exchange rate difference. It’s not the amount that matters, but the principle that the hotel didn’t take proper responsibility, failed to apologize, and provided inadequate service despite the time and money we lost.
An apology and some form of compensation would have been appropriate – instead, we were met with indifference and a lack of understanding."
