"Small but comfortable room. When I got there the safe was broken and the TV didn’t work. They fixed the TV and just gave me the master key for the safe. It’s a very noisy hotel and you can hear everything going on inside and outside. Breakfast was ok but nothing more than that. "

"Overall a fine stay and what we expected from a Premier Inn. I think staff could deal with some retraining on how to deal with customer complaints. We didn't appreciate front desk staff knocking on our hotel door at 3am TWICE and waking up our jet lagged baby that we spent half an hour soothing. Super disappointing and left us feeling very uncomfortable."

"Lækre lejligheder, venligt personale og rigtig god beliggenhed. Internettet var ikke noget at råbe hurra for og parkering er lidt bøvlet."

"Nice stay close to airport"

"If you do Not want to sleep it is the place to be. Every time someone showered it was as if it was in my room. There was some massive type of plumbing noise at anytime of the night it was terrible at 1 am or 4 am was it someone or something else I do not know. The ladies at the reception were very helpful and pleasant. The good thing is the location"

"Rent Mad og spa god udsigt"

"Great service. Super nice staff. Great dining and all in a super cozy laid back atmosphere. "

"Dejligt hotel med skøn lille pool med dampbad, sauna, boblebad og fitness. Dejlig morgenmad med stort udvalg. Fin afstand til Heathrow i rolige omgivelser. "

"This is a self service "hotel". It is actually a house that has been repurposed into a "hotel" and seems to be in a residential neighborhood. We booked it because our flight got cancelled at Heathrow and we needed a place to stay for 1 night and we needed it quickly. "Heathrow" is in the property's name so we made the assumption it was close to the airport and it was actually about a 15-20 minute cab/Uber ride. We didn't interact with Staff as all information was provided via WhatsApp -...

"Glimrende hotel. Morgenmaden er i orden, men temmelig ordinær."

"★☆☆☆☆ – A Distressing Experience I Would Never Wish on Another Traveller I booked this property through Expedia for one night and, before travelling, emailed the owners several times to explain that I would be arriving with my trained psychiatric assistance dog. Every email was ignored. Had they simply replied before I travelled, I would have cancelled my booking and stayed elsewhere. Instead, I travelled to the property alone with four suitcases, only to be told on arrival, "We don't allow...

"Hyggeligt hotel med atmosfære. Restauranter og indkøbsmuligheder i nærheden af hotellet."
