"This might sound like a minor thing... but the quality of the tea and coffee made a difference...
Too often when using accommodation , you will get really crappy coffee (International Roast... or even worse Bushells) ... it was a pleasant surprise to have Moccona and hot chocolate sachets too...
( I guess I am easily pleased).
